好久不写BLOG，实习没有进展，生活照常进行，幸福指数时起时落。偶见朋友之朋友MBA LIFE感言，嗟叹全球MBA同出一辙，感慨良多。

“重压在肩，大家都鞠躬尽瘁，如履薄冰。Think big。Aim high。Social是要积极地，个人魅力是要散发地。听讲座是要认真地，提问是要smart地。作业是要按时地，group meeting是要contribute地。逃课是被逼无奈地，reception是不敢不去地。衣着是要formal地，武装要到牙齿地。谈话要有quality地，退出要有策略地。名片是要索取地，身份是不能记错地。觉是可以不睡地，thank-you note不能不发地。内容最好customize地，感情要是真挚地。WSJ是每天要看地，PMP要有素材地。Deadline是不能错过地，interview是要反复mock地。Final是不能不考地，复习是没日没夜地。叫苦是没有用地，我们都是成了人地。”

1.重压在肩，大家都鞠躬尽瘁，如履薄冰。

课程的压力，找实习的压力，经济的压力，uncertainty的压力，特别是几个项目同时进行，multi-tasking coordination的压力，压力之下见人品。如履薄冰，be humble。上学期做M&A项目，我们Team在给定的Target范畴外又选了30多个Targets， 详细分析，洋洋洒洒写了100页的Ranking Document，最后得了B+ （不错的成绩，却和我们的期望值相差很大），导师评价：unnecessarily long。还有一次做PMO case study， 很强的Team阵容，一位ATK的consultant,  一位President of Investment Banking Society，一位PPT Jockey and me， 做得case Tutor不欣赏。Don’t let model dictate your thinking and analysis. 确实我们先选定模型，再用模型去套案例，而不是源自对案例的把握分析。一组人废寝忘食工作的成果得不到好评，very frustrated indeed. However, it’s the way that we learn.

2. Think big， Aim high。

再加一句：do small。我们有一个SMS （Soft Management Skills） Project，我负责筹备MBA Ball。当功课紧张，其他项目Deadline逼近的时候，这个项目自然不是Priority，再加上这个项目的Chairman是个气焰嚣张的印度人，我从一开始就对这个项目比较反感。没办法，一来是课程学分要求，二是维持自己的Reputation，只好耐着性子做琐碎小事。设计宣传海报，经营没人看得MBA Ball Blog （没时间写Personal Blog的原因，partially），手工制作菜单和抽奖券。

When we saw everyone have a great time at MBA Ball, we felt our hard work paid off. I even feel I could be a professional event manager after hosting the ball. Do small and learn a lot from trivialities. In the end, the Chairman dropped us feedback and mine is as follows. Irene: She had the skill to draw the boundaries of the project and very amazing creative and designing skills. This coupled with her beautiful smile which eased out situations a lot many times....keep smiling... （To be continued）
